Mark Broadhead
Founder and Accountant
Mark started assisting small businesses in 2003 as a way to help some of his friends with their company accounts and taxation returns. The company has expanded beyond that now, but Mark is still at the forefront, creating smart business solutions along with a personal service for all of his clients.
Mark enjoys empowering clients and giving them the best possible structured blend of accounting that they need. All of this while keeping things simple but effective!
Hailing from New Zealand and a proud owner of the most extensive Hawiian shirt collection on this planet, Mark is firmly a dedicated follower of (the wrong) fashion! When he isn’t balancing the books, you can find him balancing some ingredients in the kitchen with a drop or two of a nice Rioja.
Justyna Pietrzak
Accountant and Xero Specialist
Justyna is fully qualified accountant through the ATT (The Association of Accounting Technicians). She is enthusiastic to assist clients and regularly works in cloud-based accounting software.
With more than ten years’ experience, Justyna is Xero certified and can cover all of your requirements, from personal tax queries to preparation of complex annual accounts for limited companies, giving your business the depth of coverage it needs.
When Justyna isn’t busy working through business client's needs, she enjoys travelling, taking long hikes and photography.
Maria Negru
Accountant, Payroll and Personal Tax Expert
Maria is a fully qualified accountant through ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and can look after all of your business accounting needs, but with specialisms in payroll, personal tax, VAT and annual business accounts. Recently.
Maria has more than ten years’ experience working with businesses of all shapes and sizes and enjoys helping them through all of their accounting requirements.
When Maria is away from her accounting duties at Broadhead, you can find her deeply engrossed in a book or two, watching a movie, or cooking up something delicious in the kitchen!
Artur Binkowski
Accountant and Personal Tax Expert
Artur is a fully qualified accountant through ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and Broadhead’s resident expert on everything related to personal and company taxation. Artur enjoys working with clients to fully understand their business.
With over eight years’ experience, Artur takes pride creating the best business structure and outcomes, along with working on cloud-based solutions that allow the most streamlined processes.
Not only does Artur like getting under the hood of your business, he also enjoys exploring the stock exchange, as well as historic events and statistics.
Panchali Sirimanne
Office Manager
Panchali is an expert with accounting packages, with the government gateway and in keeping records updated.
Panchali has more than ten years of experience with business software and office administration.
When she is not at work, she likes to spend her time with nature, painting, and music.
