The territorial coverage is worldwide, excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada, and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States or Canada

We do not offer audit services.

Investment Business
We do not offer investment advice.

Insolvency Licence
We are not registered to supply company nor personal insolvency services.

Probate Services
We do not offer Probate services.

Complaints
We aim to offer all our clients an efficient and effective service, although occasionally there may be aspects of our service about which clients and others have concerns or with which they are unhappy.
If you are dissatisfied with the services you are receiving and would like to raise this with us, you should raise this initially with the staff member or Director concerned.
However, if you prefer to raise your concerns with someone else, you may contact our Director (see below for contact details).
It is the policy of the firm to handle complaints as fairly and quickly as possible, having regard to all of the circumstances of the complaint.
A complaint must be submitted in writing, be duly signed and contain at least:
the name and address of the submitting party;
the date and signature;
a clear description of the conduct against which the complaint is being made;
the name of the Director and/or staff member(s) to whom the complaint relates;
Documentary evidence in support of the complaint;
If you have a proposal for settling your complaint, you can include that as well.
A complaint may be made via email as a signed letter attached to an email or where it is clear this is an email equivalent of a posted letter.
We will disregard any complaints made orally or anonymously.
